I was reading this thread and I saw that there are alot of people who aren't 4th Dan Black Belt but applied (they had +200posts). Is the main thing to have +200 posts?

hproducts: The main thing is to be active, good and speak decent English. The reason that the minimum belt is 4th dan is because we don't want a bunch of beginners to apply.
