Noah is the new leader just like me. Shmevin is without leader powers, but he is part of founders, he has some way of power because of that.

The problem is that we have a co-leader place empty. We are something like a democracy, therefore vote for the new co-leader. We'll have only one spot.

Just members of the clan have valid votes. I would feel uncomfortable if other people decided to vote, therefore avoid unpleasant moments.

edit: co-leader/bishop can send invitations, can withdraw invitations, can kick members
