Actually no, Electric was the fastest ever. 3 weeks of being unofficial, applied the day we turned 3 weeks old, 1 week in decision, exactly on the 9th of July, official. Boom. Today is the official 6 months of being official day.

Mh, honestly, it's a little shameful but essentially through bribery.
The admin at the time released that I was pretty set on getting it official, so he passed it through.
