Then again, you have to think of all of the diseases provided completely through animals. Not necessarily everything terrible comes through humans.

Yeah, but animals will be animals. We're supposed to be the evolved species.
They didn't make these diseases intentionally, they don't destroy habitats, have man made diseases. If humans didn't exist there would be no global warming however climate change would probably still exist, there would be no weapons that are capable of wiping out nations. Forests wouldn't be destroyed etc.
All in all the bad outweighs the good for us.
