Yes, I want this clan to improve.
But guys, stop blaming each other for this, it will only make the clan worse.
People will think we suck, fight everywhere, arguments etc.
I'd say deal with is in IRC, apologize each other, etc. Imho.

Great suggestion. The first step to achieving your goal would be to assemble all the people in the clan who actually play the game. Then we would test them, but I don't know who would host the testing.
