If you mean like a tripod it would be difficult. You have keep misdirecting them and maybe you can time the pancake while they lower their post arm

I just did a small demo trying to dq after they bridge while only changing uke's posted arm. didnt work.

The pancake works when you hit it before they are able to tripod. Use extended wrists on inside grabs to lock their elbows when they are falling.

Hmm, looks like he had better grabs than you. Also, the counter grab didn't really work since he had a hip grab on you as well.

No. That's a turnover. Pancakes usually require 2 grips.
