3x-y=3
4x-3y=17
3x=3+
_________
FirstX4 and second X3
12x-4y=12
12x-9y=51
And now
12x-4y - 12x -9y= 12-51
_13y=-39
Y=3
And now we put y=3 in the first to find x
3x-3=3
3x=6
X=2
And now send me the prize
id like to give this a try, even though im pretty sure experts already figured it out. ill solve it slightly differently
3x-y=3
4x-3y=17
multiply first by 4, second by 3
12x-4y=12
12x-9y=51
12x=4y+12
12x=9y+51
4y+12=9y+51
4y-9y=51-12
-5y=39
y=-7,8
3x-y=3
3x-(-7,8 )=3
3x=-4,8
x=-1,6
since 3*-1,6-(-7,8 )=3 it seems correct to me. results are different from experts's but it probably has multiple solutions
