In 2016, I'm no longer a member of toribash forum. The ex-administration (who's permbanned now) used to power abuse and opposed to me, and we are unable to reach a compromise. Piratez Punishments
It's been decided recently that far too many of our members have been clogging up the forums with unwanted spam, off-topicness and idiocy. If you wish to act like apes, do so in this thread.
Criminal Code Act 2010;
Division 1
1.1 Codification
The only offences against laws of the Piratez are those offences created by, or under the authority of, this Code or any other Act.
Division 2 -
2.1 Purpose
The purpose of this Chapter is to codify the general principles of criminal responsibility under laws of the Piratez. It contains all the general principles of criminal responsibility that apply to any offence, irrespective of how the offence is created.
Division 3
3.1 Elements
(1) An offence consists of elements.
(a) 'Conduct' means an act, an omission to perform an act or a state of affairs.
(b) 'Engage in conduct' means to do an act, or omit to perform an act.
(c) Minor offences are penalised by 1 point. Major offences by 2.
(2) An unlawful minor act is one which fits the criteria listed below;
(a) Spamming
(b) Off-topic post
(c) Double posting
(d) Idiotic on-topic post
(3) An unlawful major act is one which fits the criteria below;
(a) Completely off-topic
(b) Overtly rude posts to other members
Division 4
4.1 Appeals
(1) Everyone has a right to a fair trial.
(2) If one wishes to open a trial, one must PM Rutten with a request.
(3) The defence has a right to a lawyer.
(4) Court requests cost 2k.
Division 5
5.1 - Point system
(1) Upon receiving 3 points, a member shall receive their first warning.
(2) Upon receiving 5 points, a member shall receive their second warning.
(3) Upon receiving 7 points, a member shall be demoted one rank.
(4) Upon receiving 10 points, a member shall be demoted to the lowest rank. (If a member already at the lowest rank, they will be kicked automatically.)
(5) Upon receiving 15 points, a member shall be kicked.

Yeah, I was bored. Anyhow, that's the current legislation for punishments.
