In 2016, I'm no longer a member of toribash forum. The ex-administration (who's permbanned now) used to power abuse and opposed to me, and we are unable to reach a compromise. Grayve. A good start would be to just have the one leader, and 2 co-leaders.
That way the main leader can over-rule most things, but within reason of course. This may bring back some sort of discipline within the clan.
Also, you should consider Rutten's 'infraction' idea. I think it may reduce some of the 'Dickheadedness' within the clan.
I think that Grayve should be the main captain, as you are older than MrTeapawt, and can make good calls. MrTeapawt and Sicks are really just there to back you up, and help moderate.
Captain < First mates < everyone else. (I would suggest to you this.)
Just make the current first mate, second mate instead. No real upset to ranks. Just a bit more organised.
