It is, the top floor of Tokyo Tower is dedicated to One Piece, most of the boys watch it and read it, during break times they secretly listen to the One Piece intro song.
Wow One Piece seems to be a big deal there. Too bad I only watched 7 episodes which were way out of sequence.
