ok, circumsision is done, when you have too much/ too tight skin on your penis. for example, if you cant pull your foreskin back, exposing your penis "head" because it is too tight, or it just hurts then, you will probably need to be circumcized.
you are operated, and they cut that skin excess.
i think it is like that, not 100% sure.
its something like that. here's what wikipedia says:
"Male circumcision is the removal of some or all of the foreskin (prepuce) from the penis."
and here's a picture of how it is done:
some man have trouble when they have sex, cause it hurts them, cause they havent been circumcized.
