dude here is how packs work they are rare almost collectors, add up the prices of all the raider items you get more that 150k easy ...i.o.w packs enable the wearer to have those items even tho he lacks the qi...no qi items doesn't exist any more ,so think of it this way a 10th dan black belt sells his account for tc he wants to start over(this happens often)he gets to 200qi so he can transfer and he wants high qi items ....what does he doe? pay at high prices for packs ....
