(You can shoot flames out the tailpipe but not because you tapped the NOS button)

When the bullets always miss the good guys

That preferably has a gesture marked on the buller, "Goodbye" for example, and that it always misses.

When the girl with the white shirt survives and she always uber hot.

When the good guy is about to die and gets saved by another good guy.

When Bruce Willis dies

2 guys fighting over 1 girl with unexplainable qualities.

people get shot in the leg/arm/other places and grit it out

not even accounting for infection, loss of blood, damaged muscles, shock, blood poisoning, and countless other things

oh oh oh,
gunfights with no one ever getting hit.
I mean come on, twently guys shooting the crap out of each other should at least get one of them killed. >;v

Also, in the 80's and 90's the good one got hit in his shoulder when he got hit.

Uhh perhaps when a character decides that hes weak or a loser but some amazing event totally changes him and he becomes amazing at whatever he was trying to do... Too many movies like this...
