First of all, try to attack when you're on your feet and balanced, otherwise it looks unrealistic. Also, you seemed a bit twitchy at times, and this can be solved by just making up your mind on what you're doing. The flip was pretty good, however it still would have been better if you left the ground off of two feet. Remember to keep your head held at all times, because it was just flopping about the whole spar. Another tip I would have is to never have both knees fully extended at once. It looks very odd in the replay, and it's very hard to stay balanced like this.
