Firstly: Don't Double post
Secondly: You need to pay the 50tc to D0mination with the reason being to join clan NEWB, then your in.
Thirdly you must remember to pay your 10tc monthly clan dues, not needed for this month, but next month you must pay...

what is so special that I have to pay tc for?

50tc is your entry fee, 10tc is your monthly clan dues.
These amounts go into the the NEWBBank which we then use to buy you your requested item posted in the NEWB Charity sticky as well as using as rewards in NEWB Events...
Donations to NEWB are also greatly appreciated.
So basically in the end the tc is used to help you out and up NEWB's rep.
