Flux - if you insist. One of the worst things you can do is ask for rank. All you have to do is contribute to the clan a lot and the hierarchy will acknowledge it and promote you.

I was offerd the rank and supported by drake... so yer, I'm saying no to the offer. I don't have to ask.
