So you aren't disagreeing with me here, you do just want this to be a privilege only the rich should have. Okay, that makes sense since you do have more tc than the average user would.
The problem you present would never happen due to the picture and name having to be set by a TSA. A TSA wouldn't allow that to happen.
It still comes back to you not wanting people who aren't rich to win.
