I have come up with an idea of where to hold the event, the price and the time and date. (Sahee if you think this is good edit your post to show this infomation about the contest).

WHERE: Relax all clan server
PRICE OF TICKET: 500 toricredits (maybe different if sahee decides).
DATE: December 15th, Time: 10:00PM GMT. (not sure about other times sorry you may have to check yourself).

It will be an elimination style tournament, If you lose your out.

If you come in to the server without a ticket you will be kicked from the server.

(this is just an idea, it isn't organised fully yet, so this infomation may change). I'll leave it up to you sahee to decide if this is good or not.
