I want to kill somebody right fucking now! It's 7AM on a stupid monday and I couldn't find my P.E Kit so I had to pack an alternate which made me miss my bus and my door key wouldn't lock the door and I was holding my headphones so I threw them down and broke then in anger! Then I threw my phone and now it's full of scratches...help me please :[

Keep calm, and stop throwing things damn it. lol.

Each time something goes wrong, stop for a few seconds and take a deep breath or two. Nothing gets solved when you're angry, try to relax (I know it's hard).

Life is hard, it will try bring you down every chance it gets.
Just relax and work through it as level headed as possible, adding fuel to the fire won't help the situation.
