Release xin zhao's ulti at max level did rufly 55% of your total hp aswell as his damage times 6.
His charge did 4 times the damage it does now.
His knock up knocked you up and stuned you for 3 seconds on landing.
AND his attack speed bonus was almost 4x better.

Not even close to voli, whos totally easy to counter.
