Getting into ORMO has some neat benefits if you're aware of what you can take advantage of, but you shouldn't stress about it.
It's supposed to be more of a reward of your natural progress than the single goal of your Toribash time, or else it will get frustating too soon.
Jaker for example didn't get in at first (neither did I) and he's an unnatural talent.
