We actually had plans to forge a tophat, we just hadn't gotten around to it.
I figured since you talked about it, I could aswell just forge it and get it ready for release.
It doesn't actually entitle you to anything.

...though you might be able to get one for free later on, if you're really lucky and this thing we're planning goes right.
