All i know so far or at least think i know is that we are sticking with policy 2 which means trusted members can take tc and items? (trusted meaning ub3r members and up [i am assuming] with exceptions).

its awesome but see if you can increase the contrast between the letters because anyone reading this and not in uTi wouldnt know what the hell it says because it is very hard to see the different letters.
Also a nice thing would be to (my opinion) trim the border and just have the fire thing (no black whatsoever)

Move 2: (This is the move after the first turn, same as above^^^)
