You people are really not being realistic about this. Am I the only one who sees the problems of living in a medieval world where in a territory of 37.1 kmē, an average player finishes the game with roughly 1000 murders? Not to mention regular fauna consists mainly of pissed off giants and mammoths, trolls, and your occasional hungry dragon.
Don't even get me started on Final Fantasy, what kind of world has the potential to wipe out the entire human race in your average plot twist? Thirteen times plus sequels, no less.
Oh great, Saint's Row 3. When the reality shows consist of spilling the guts of the most people before x minutes are over, and average people drive flying motorcycles with lasers, you know you aren't going to make it past day one.
Keep in mind the "living" part about living in a game world.
