Loyalty basically means sticking with the clan and being senior and all that.
Help, I dunno, presumably helping clan members or donations to clan bank.
Participation: Clan wars, etc.
Skill: Being good.

Also, can I get leet if I give a (relatively) big donation, seeing as I haz epic skillz and am winning >3 tourneys a day?
