At MGE you can get placed against smfc, you will feel the same way as when you were gnm being placed against mge, but one step at a time the skill gap is never very big - slightly better aim, slightly better ping (at dmg most people have under 40ms ping lol)
When I queue with my supreme friends, they regularly drop 30+ frags against LEMs. There are some pretty big skill gaps between some ranks.

idk as mge and dmg i've seen smfc score well but not consitently

Maybe. When I was an MGE/DMG, I thought Supremes were hackers cause they would just destroy me every time there was one on the other team. This really only happened when I played Office though, since when I played active duty maps there were enough people to play people at my rank.
