I pressed p in a game, and it opened up guides. Do that ingame, maybe it will work.

Guides are integrated with the shop now so whenever you press B (if you have it set to default as it is now) then it will bring up the shops AND the list of guides.

I got the rainbow kind one... Idk what it's called, but it's the one between the other announcer packs. Annoying but funny...
