You have to pass 2 of the following 3 tests : ingame, personality, skills.

You will most likely be tested in all 3 of em at the same time.

ok so that will happen when one of the tester happens to find me in-game or will i get a PM?

We will either post here that we want you ingame because we see you online, maybe pm you about it, or find you ingame mostlikely...
