Well, first you need to meet the following requirements:
2nd Dan Black Belt or higher.
150+ posts.
Yeah, that's it. Sufficient intelligence will probably get you in without having to meet the requirements.
Rules:
Be loyal or be blacklisted.
Be active on the forums and/or in-game.
Show respect to your betters.
There will be activity checks every now and then. Keep up, cause demoting and kicking is fun.
