You can't tel a persons skill by his belt or rank.
A lot of time good players will just goof around and have fun and they only fight seriously occasionally ... because this is a game and people play this for fun.

I say no to reason such as
  • posting over and over,there is an edit button you know
  • Not enough belt
  • You don't have a special skill of anykind.
I say No for now
INcrease your activity,prove it to us you are active and Beat me or any other [P] at some mod for 3 wins and I might say yes
