3. This place is unorganized. Too unorganized. Too much stiff on the sticky board. Not sorted out properly.

Very organized. Actually

What I suggest: Change the mods to who can get the organization fame, popular, activity. And who is active on IRC, forum and in-game all! To me the best moderator team would be
Meamme0, ConCon19, Ginkey and Kreat0r.
the less mods there are the more strict the place is.
Trust me i can make the place more active and get it going well again.
I am not letting OSHI go down. I let JAW down. But not OSHI.

You will never become a mod in this org.
