bonus ad scaling. By mid game it's doing like 100-150 damage a second and will almost never be on cd with minor cd reduc

In all seriousness, he kinda needs it otherwise he's pretty much useless during the lane phase, which usually makes him useless during teamfights due to a lack of gold.

i srsly should switch my main role... i usualy do ap carrying... but since the last time i fail with my main cass...
today in ranked i hat 14-2 with lee sin jungle
and 2-0-18 with gangplank in jungle..
my jungle is wayy stronger atm...i should work on that...
(4-9-10 cass and 3-5-3 cass arent good at all)
