I already pretty much did. Have you ever taken a law class? We can't have a strict definition that is extensive. Pretty much, it's anything that is unfair e.g. playing a mod where you get to be all instagib and the other person isn't. Since these people usually want to get money fast, these games tend to be 2-3 turns as well.

like in rl there must be any definition. otherwise you could get punished like a murder for owning a radio because the Judge says it is murdering
so i think the admins shall sit together and work out some clear rules and definitions for the ruls that everybody understands
and they also should write them down anywhere where anyone can read them
P.S. pls do not use things like "an unfair mod" just say what unfair is "unbalanced" for example.

Lol, clear definition? You've never read the US constitution huh. Theres two law systems. One where everything has to be defined, and the other is where everything is interpreted. The ones where everything is defined end up having tons and tons of material to back that up.
