Hey my name is Ryan Alexander (kip4toke) I live in Oregon in the pacific time zone. I'm 13 years old and I have been searching for a clan for a long time :P. I'm a blue belt and have never been in a clan before because of my low belt. I am a very polite and don't shovel,noobclap etc. i would benefit Chess because i'm a good player and like i said before i don't talk bad to people unless they do so to me. I would be happy if you were to accept this and thank you for your time

Well, looking over it, you have a bit of smileys, but if my 2 cents count, I say yes.

I forgot to mention, Ryan is a really nice guy, who I know in real life ( yes I have friends ) and, I thought he would be a nice addition to the clan, so I told him to make an application, seeing he was looking for a clan and all.

Well if you vouch for him, that's a major plus, but it's still a no from me.
His motives and what not seem good, but that was just a terrible app that told nothing. Along with telling nothing, what he told wasn't very impressive.

Needs a major rework, or it's a no.
