The only 'ranks' we really have are those that designate role, but we don't have any that designate status.
We have members, staff, co-leader, leader, founder, and then the Ess-M ranks.

If you're interested in helping out as staff around here, then I can change your rank, but other than that, there's no point to it really. xP
It doesn't have anything to do with how long you've been here, how important you are, how active you are, or anything. It's just to designate role, so, you needn't worry about that. If you'd like to become staff though, please let me know and we can sort something out.
