Endurance Onslaught 6.0

ankle pick (2).rpl - caught his ankle mid-game and drove him down.

cross pick (2).rpl - grabbed both his right arm and right leg, and drove him to the ground on his right side.

pancake (1).rpl - he was unbalanced trying to suplex me, but I put pressure and pinned him down.

overturn single (3).rpl - scrambling at first, but managed to turn him over and push him to the ground.

knee tap (2).rpl - took a low shot, grabbed his leg and pulled on it while using my hips.

single suplex (1).rpl - shot for a single and followed it with a suplex.

I have no other way of saying this..

great fucking job zwift!

For me you did great on everything, especially the single suplex, wow.

I just want Roux to confirm the pancake and you'll be added to T6.

His hips were way above his opponent and the man landed on his butt. For the pancake, u want ur hips just about at the same level or below your opponent's hips, and you want them to land on their head, back, or elbow. I really need to write a tutorial for this; most people get confused on what a pancake is.
Check this too see what a pancake is irl: https://i.imgur.com/A9vr6t5.gifv

My coaches never really showed or reviewed that move before. I'll try hitting a good pancake asap, thanks for the description though.

T4 app
yo so here's my t4 app :3
(yes i actually tried to get these replays )

I'm not sure what exactly counts as half throw, so i checked all of my replay folder agains and found these 4 possible halfthrows..,

if none counts i'll quickly get a new one, that really isn't a problem

Next 2 replays are pulling guards.... maybe i hope so

then the double leg takedown

and last is the proper suplex... if i's not good enough just tell me and i'll get a new one

T1 Application
Replay overview:
Rip Kick 1: A snap kick that I have developed. I don't use it much.
Basic Suplex 1: Name says it all, but pulling my opponent into me is against my religion, so I improvised.
Turnover 3: A grip-switching turnover that saved my ass.

It looks to me more like you pushing him to the edge. If you would have fully committed your hips into him, you would have gotten it.

Your mount or guard pulll was not even close.
The proper suplex requires both shoulders to be lowered.
You pass on everything else.
