Mostly just for judging and application decisions, I was invited to judge stuff in there but they decided I needed to be more active before I got a pass . I was still involved in the judging tho lol so I guess its really just unnecessarily fancy. HTS has alot of tuts-in-progress and stuff tho, well their more like diaries of how they made a texture, still quite useful I should imagine although I don't agree with using any "effects" I think people should just learn how to do it for real. speaking of which everything is tailored more towards photoshop, gimpusers won't might struggle.
