Talk to her in IRC or something. I'm giving people the advantage of a live application because I think we shouldn't base our descisions so much off of app quality, but on personal quality. Regardless of the fact that the app was short, it was only to notify us that she wants to be in the clan. I'm sure she's more than happy to talk to any of us via IRC or even PM.
