Sorry guys finally my ISP has unblocked toribash,
The excuse was that "Toribash.com has been reported to have illegal pornographic content." Basically there excuse has been for the past 2 months that there are child pornography photo's on the website. Took me up until last week to finally get a telephone operator to send someone to inspect the websites content... and whadya know, no porn.
