Alright, [9] Is a fairly new clan. (Well from what I've seen)
They are just getting members and such.
So if we became allies, then the clan became suddenly inactive, how would it hurt us?
We just remove the ally.
I say yes, and if not. I can at least be a single ally, no?
That's most likely the main reason.
They're still a new clan, let them grow and we'll see if they're decent.
I see no point of making allies with a newly born clan.
