yea, i get that, but people have added there own rgb's to the toris ( see blams pic)
at first i thought hed painted them on using gimp, but they look to good to be that, so i was wondering how.

I don't think they added their own RGBs. Just photoshopped it really.

No idea what the "for GBA і" part meant but Toribash 4.0 is not released yet. They're still working on 3.8, no idea why you would expect 4.0 already.

I thought it was pretty clear. I also don't think someone will make a more clear tutorial for you since that tutorial summed up everything.
