Thanks bro, I'll keep an eye out for it.
Anyway, I'm gonna go out in a few hours to buy ingredients for a prototype.
I've gathered up the best Ideas I've heard here to form maybe one or two types of sandwiches. Here's the build so far.
Unnamed sandwich number 1
- French Baguette split in half and toasted on a pan with a film of good vegetable oil that I cooked fatty bacon in.
- Mozarella to be cut with another type of cheese (if find anything good today)
- Green Olives
- Grilled Bell peppers.
- a meat patty consisting of ground beef 30% lean 20% fat, spiced with basil and oregano
- Sausage quartered lengthwise, grilled.
- Maybe I'll whip up a nice spiced mustard like the one suggested and pair it with a low vinegar homemade chunky ketchup.
Keep your fingers crossed, guys.
I'm still thinking about the second sandwich. I want to use the crisp lettuce/ cucumbers, mayo with chilli flakes ideas but it's all still too generic at this point. it needs something more.
Any suggestions on how to improve that?
Peace out for now, I'm just gonna burn a good one down then I'm off to the market.
