Oh god I couldnt stop cringing and laughing at this. they moved so fast up that wall.
Also definently a vagina. They poked a stick into the hole. Only problem is that it lagged.
Also fake. But it was a good one.

I noticed that it's level of contrast was unchanging through every scene except for the last one. Plus the motion tracking was wierd (the float). The last part can be easily replicated using a rubber/silicone dummy in combination of one or more of the following: basic animatronics, puppeteering, or video editing software.
