Damn, how mainstream you are in the most. So here is my little chart.

The best black rapper for me is, nope, are Saul Williams, Talib Kweli, Common, Mf Doom, Ghostface, Oh No, Eazy E and many others, each in it's original way
The best producer is Madlib.
Best white rapper is El-P. Next to him would be Ozi Batla.
Revelation of 2009 is Mos Def with album The Ecstatic.
The best Russian rapper is Gillia (though he is not a pimpy & bully & loud & stupid at all as they usually are in Russia).
