Flames Rules
(These apply per flame on an individual basis)

1. When selling/buying flames, understand whether on not it is an exclusive design. Flames by default are assumed to NOT be unique. This means that unless it's stated/agreed upon otherwise, someone else can buy a flame exactly the same as another user.
2. Do not request flames based on someone's existing flames without their EXPLICIT concent. Do not even ask for "Something similar to [Username]". Do your best to thoroughly describe what you want without referencing other users.
3. Do not request the same flame from multiple forgers. Either make a request thread, or ask one forger to work for you. Do not ask multiple forgers to waste their time while you only buy from one of them.
4. All flame sales should have at least one preview with the default shader. Different shaders may make flames appear differently, so for standardization, default shaders should be used unless it is requested otherwise.
5. Limit previews to images and videos/gifs. Video and image previews must not have flame particle textures on them, because flame colors and behaviors may change based upon textures. Any transferral of data prior to sale may result in you being scammed. We are not responsible if you do this. (To take a screenshot without your texture, open toribash, then delete your texture toribash/custom/[your name]/flame.tga, do /lp 0 [your name] or /lp 1 [your name], screenshot)
6. Do not post your .dat files unless you are willing to share them publicly without restriction.
7. Do not edit someone elses .dat file to make your own flames. This is as close to plagerism as you can be.
8. Do not copy flames. Mimicking concepts and ideas is ok, but do not blatantly rip off somone else's designs.
9. Do not create OR request flames that cause serious lag ingame or obstruct being able to play the game. Users wearing these flames will be warned and/or punished, and the forger will face even steeper punishment.
10. If a forger makes a mistake in the forging of a flame, the flames made in error are the responsibility of the forger. However, if a buyer agrees that the previewed flames are what they want, and then is unhappy with the flames after receiving them, NO discount/refund/exchange is required of the forger.
11. Sales of flame designs is strictly prohibited. There is no telling if anyone else has bought it too, besides a scam filled transaction history.
12. Sales of new flames must comply with TC Selling Rules in regards to selling flames for money. This is because flames have a definite forge price, thus market value does not apply.

Guidelines:

You won't be infracted for breaking these, but you will be pointed and laughed at.

1. The minimum forge price of a flame is 35,000 TC (Nothing even shows up at this amount). Do not ask for a flame or expect a flame to be under that price.
2. Once flames are created, they cannot be changed. Do not ask for editing a flame, it's just not possible. A completely new one must be made.
3. Only 5 flames are can be equipped at once, so do not complain if you can't wear the ones that surpass your limit. They do not, however, need to be on separate body parts.
4. Flames are for body parts, not joints. Do not ask for joint flames.
5. Do not ask for a bigger flame and a discounted price. Better = cost more. Always.
