I find that relaxing arms and wrists throughout your walk helps a lot. Just remember to try and relax some joints, just try to do anything (within reason) that will keep your momentum forward. I have just made this semi-realistic replay of me walking. Notice how I hold then relax some joints, I also extend and contract the pecs to keep my feet positioned. Just practice
