I set about 5 alarms to my phone, and i found one of those old good alarm clocks so sometimes i use it too. It's guaranteed wake up.

This is exactly what i avoid using.

I have like 20 alarms on my iPhone, each 5 minutes apart from each other.

if i had to stand up at 6am i put the alarm at 5am, it's ringing every 5 minutes and after that hour i'm out of bed for sure.
