all retardedness aside, I'm dead serious about it. They can't make money off a game that lasts forver. Reason why toasters nowadays die after a couple years when before they lasted for decades. There's just no money in making long lasting items nowadays.

... some idiot always has to compare to another game of similar premise before even doing proper research on the game. If you looked into Dead Island in any way other than just glancing at the name and cover, you'd see many differences between Dead Rising 2 and Dead Island.

1. 1st person, compared to 3rd person
2. Multiple different characters, compared to 1 main character
3. RPG system of levels, skills, items, compared to dicking around mixing shit together to create random unorthodox crap.
4. Actual ranged weapons + throwing shit, compared to just throwing shit.

Don't get me wrong, Dead Rising 2 is fun to play and all, but do a little research before you make a comparision :/
