Chamara: They are nice, but they are really messy and because they are so messy you can't get the best flow from them which makes you movements look weak. Try hitting with the top parts of your feet and hands, or make the hits ghost. Hitting with the shin will make you lose good momentum, and isn't the best when doing booms.
