A.)Take the masterteagues dojo on your alt
B.)Get your qi up to 2000.
C.)Apply again when Dkilla123 is unbanned

Yes but it matters on the qi on what is on the account that you want to get into. but please shoot for the master teague dojo. You will get in sooner probably then waiting 3 months or getting qi up.
